Every organization that I'm aware, whether its a Little League baseball team, a doctor's office or Google is going to have a budget. Not just purchase or setup price but ongoing maintenance, upgrades and support need to be factored in to ensure the organization can afford whatever is being purchased. To go into the evaluation process without this factored in could lead you down unnecessary paths.&lt;/p&gt;
